7 days from receipt.

- Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags/stickers intact.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Valid reasons must align with our warranty coverage.

Non-Replaceable Items:
- Customized or heavily personalized items (unless defective).
- Customized or heavily personalized items (unless defective).

Cricket Bats Specifics:
- Weight may vary due to willow’s natural moisture behavior.
- Grain count is approximate and may vary.
- Pickup and ping concerns are subjective; our experts will evaluate them.
- Superficial cracks from knocking-in are not valid reasons for replacement.

One-Time Replacement Only:
A product is eligible for only one replacement.

Stock Limitation:
If the original product is unavailable, we will offer a similar item.

Abuse of Policy:
If misuse is detected, we reserve the right to decline the replacement.
Shipping & Handling
- Customers must bear both sides’ shipping costs for warranty and replacement.
- Tracking details must be shared after dispatch.
- SB Cricket Gears is not liable for transit loss or damage caused during return shipping.
