Product Replacement Policy
Applicable To: Cricket Bats, Protective Gear, Apparel, and Luggage
  1. Replacement Window:

    7 days from receipt.

  2. Eligibility:
    • Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags/stickers intact.
    • Proof of purchase is mandatory.
    • Valid reasons must align with our warranty coverage.

  3. Non-Replaceable Items:
    • Customized or heavily personalized items (unless defective).

  4. Cricket Bats Specifics:
    • Weight may vary due to willow’s natural moisture behavior.
    • Grain count is approximate and may vary.
    • Pickup and ping concerns are subjective; our experts will evaluate them.
    • Superficial cracks from knocking-in are not valid reasons for replacement.

  5. One-Time Replacement Only:
    A product is eligible for only one replacement.

  6. Stock Limitation:
    If the original product is unavailable, we will offer a similar item.

  7. Abuse of Policy:
     If misuse is detected, we reserve the right to decline the replacement.

Shipping & Handling
  • Customers must bear both sides’ shipping costs for warranty and replacement.
  • Tracking details must be shared after dispatch.
  • SB Cricket Gears is not liable for transit loss or damage caused during return shipping.
