General Conditions for Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please ensure the following:

Product Condition
The item must be unused and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. -
Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required to process any warranty-related request. -
Timeframe for Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be initiated within the applicable period for each product category (see below) from the date of delivery. -
Reason for Claim
Provide a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if applicable (e.g., defective item, manufacturing flaw). -
Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is confirmed as defective or damaged on arrival.

Return shipping tracking details must be shared with us once dispatched.

Replacement/Repair Availability
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or store credit.
Category-Specific Warranty Terms
Cricket Bats

Warranty Duration: 6 months from the date of delivery.

Coverage: Only manufacturing defects.

Process Time: Warranty claims are processed within 14 days after product inspection.

Conditions:

Warranty applies only to the main product. Add-ons or bundled services are not covered.

A replacement will carry forward the remaining warranty from the original item.

All bats must be knocked-in and maintained as per standard guidelines.

Things to Know:

Cracks during normal play or knocking-in do not necessarily indicate a fault.

Timber is natural—cracks and changes in appearance are part of normal use.

Protection with Extratec and toe guards is highly recommended.

More expensive bats (made of soft willow) may have shorter lifespans.

Warranty will be void if bats are not prepared/used as advised.
Not Covered:

Damage from poor timing, bad shots, or using non-leather/cricket balls.

Improperly knocked-in or oiled bats.
-
Weather, water, or machine-ball-related damage.

Broken handles or edge cracks due to misuse.
Protective Gears (Gloves, Pads, Guards, etc.)

Warranty Duration: 7 days from the date of delivery.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects only.

Customer Responsibility: Proper care and usage.

Conditions:

Keep gear dry and away from sharp objects.
-
Avoid rough use and improper storage.

Not Covered:

Damage due to accidents, rough use, or negligence.

Normal wear and tear or material aging.
-
Color fading/bleeding from leather palms (natural and expected).

Branding wear and tear over time.
-
Damages from improper washing methods.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

After approval, send the product to our return address (provided upon request). Customers are responsible for safe packaging and return transit.

Inspection & Validation
Our warranty team will inspect the product and may contact you during this process. -
Resolution
If the claim is valid, we’ll send a replacement. If the product is discontinued, a similar alternative will be offered.
Processing Time & Shipping

Warranty claims take 10–14 business days to process after we receive the returned product.

If the product is out of stock, shipping may be delayed until restocking.

All shipping costs (to and from) are borne by the customer unless the claim is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
